Villa Letizia offers two floors of luxury living space, designed to create the atmosphere you deserve. Modern kitchen, dining area and modern living room overlooking the pool area can be found on the ground floor. All furniture is designed in Italy, with designer signature. On the ground floor there is also guest toilet, and a room with private bathroom with shower-toilet and a direct exit to the pool area. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms with en-suite shower room and one with tub.

At the top of the villa is a roof terrace, with sitting area and panoramic sea view and a view on olive trees. By the pool there are beach chairs, barbecue and dining area. Private SPA (Wellness), Club House and boat rental are available to guests of Borghetto Villas from September 2019 (extra charge).
